What we ask for, why, and what happens to it.

What we ask for

This website has two forms. The program inquiry form asks for a name, an email address, an optional phone number, the reason you are writing and anything you would like us to know. The print quote form asks for contact details and the details of your project, and lets you attach artwork files.

• We do not ask for diagnoses, assessments, school or medical records, or any clinical information.
• We do not ask for a Social Security number, a full date of birth, an ID or licence number, or financial or funding details.
• You choose how much to write. Please share only what you are comfortable sending through a website form.

Why we ask

We use what you send to reply to you: to answer a question about the program, to prepare a print quote, or to follow up on a partnership, volunteering or support offer. We do not sell information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it goes

Submissions are saved to our website database and routed to the right person on our team. Artwork files are stored privately: they are not published, not listed anywhere public, and can only be opened by our team through a temporary private link.

The website is hosted, and the database and file storage provided, by our technology vendors under their own security terms. Our team members sign in to the private area of this site with their own accounts.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries and artwork only as long as we need them to respond and to keep a record of the work. If you would like your inquiry or your files removed, write to us and we will remove them.

Cookies and measurement

This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. The only browser storage we use keeps a team member signed in to the private area, and we use simple checks on our forms to block automated spam.

Photos, stories and quotes

We publish a photo, story, profile or quote involving a person only when that person, or their authorized representative, has agreed in writing. We record consent internally and never publish it. If someone changes their mind, we remove the content.

Children and participants

This program serves adults, and this website is not directed at children. Families are welcome to write on behalf of a family member; please leave out clinical or record information in that first message.

Your choices

You can ask us what you sent us, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will confirm when it is done.
